We begin with music, drumming, and high energy dance, where the boys are encouraged to jump in, loosen up, and feel the energy of the room. It's all hype, no cringe.
We then progress to working in teams to create basic movements, mix with DJ equipment, and create hype like a DJ. It's about learning that true power comes from brightness, not bravado.
Some boys lead loudly, others more quietly - both matter. By the end of the day, each boy will help direct the energy in the room. It ends with 'Whoa... I can do this.'
